Jessie is a cowgirl doll, Buzz Lightyear's girlfriend, and a minor character of the IG-88's Adventures Series, where she serves as a member of the High Council. Cheerful and loyal, Jessie had the desire to be loved by a child. Jessie used to be owned by a girl named Emily who inevetably abandoned her. Originally planning on going to Japan to be sold at the Konishi Toy Museum, Jessie changed her mind when Woody rescued her from going to Japan by herself, and he mentioned Andy's sister. She is voiced by Joan Cusack.
